All information entered into the App is stored locally on your device using a secure SQLite database. This includes:
Business Profile: Company name, GSTIN, billing address, and contact details.
Client Records: Names, addresses, and phone numbers of your customers.
Financial Records: Invoice data, itemized lists, and GST calculations.
B. No External Transmission
No Cloud Storage: We do not host, store, or backup your data on any external servers.
No Analytics: We do not use tracking pixels, cookies, or any third-party analytics (like Google Analytics or Firebase) to monitor your usage.
3. Data Security
Because your data is stored locally, its security depends on the security of your mobile device.
Encryption: We recommend using Android/iOS built-in device encryption and screen locks to protect your local database.
User Control: You are the sole custodian of your data. We cannot access, recover, or delete your data for you because we never have access to it.
4. Third-Party Libraries & Permissions
To provide professional invoicing features, the App utilizes the following:
PDF Generation: Documents are created locally on your device.
Storage Permission: Required only to save/export your generated PDF invoices to your device’s internal storage.
Google Fonts: These are bundled within the App code to ensure offline availability.
5. Data Sharing and Disclosure
We do not sell, trade, or share your information with third parties. No data is transmitted over the internet during the normal use of this App.
6. Children’s Privacy
Our App is a business tool intended for use by adults (18+). We do not knowingly collect or solicit any information from anyone under the age of 13.
7. Your Rights (Access and Deletion)
Since all data is local, you have absolute rights to your data:
Modification: You can edit or update any record within the App at any time.
Complete Deletion: You can delete all data by:
Clearing the App Cache/Data in your device Settings.
